## Biography

### Professional career

- The presiding judge of Missouri’s 22nd Judicial Circuit, a role he began in January 2027 after being unanimously elected by his colleagues
- Circuit Judge: Appointed by Governor Jay Nixon in November 2015 after two years as associate circuit judge
- Drug Court Commissioner: Appointed by the 22nd Circuit in 2007 and retained in 2011
- Educating residents about Missouri’s Nonpartisan Court Plan for judge selection
