### Professional career

- Michael H. Wagoner is a judge of the Sebastian County District Court in Greenwood, Arkansas, elected in 2012 and re‐elected in 2016 and 2020, and is currently running for Division 1 Circuit Court Judge in 2026
- Before joining the bench, Wagoner held a position as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Sebastian County from 1999 to 2012.
- Serving as the county’s domestic violence prosecutor from 2001–2006
- Judge Wagoner serves in Department 4 – Greenwood of the Sebastian County District Court, presiding over criminal, civil, small claims, and traffic cases
