## Biography

### Professional career

- Newly commissioned judge of the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia, appointed in April 2025 and officially sworn in on July 25, 2025
- Before joining the bench, Judge Kaminsky was a partner at ShounBach (2022–2025) and co‐founder of Hite Kaminsky Family Law & Mediation PLLC (2010–2022).
- Prior to her Circuit Court appointment, Kaminsky held the role of a substitute judge in the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in 2024.
- She also held the role of a law clerk to Hon. David S. Schell of the Fairfax County Circuit Court (2009–2010)
- Early career: High school English teacher, softball coach, law clerk, and legal internships
