- Milton Lee Dalton (1937 – 2018) was a long‐time public servant in Georgia, best known for serving 24 years as the Probate Judge of Banks County, as well as four years as a County Commissioner

- Born November 12, 1937 in Baldwin, Banks County, Georgia, Dalton was a U.S. Army Reserve veteran and member of the American Legion.
- For many years, he was associated with Whitfield Funeral Homes in Habersham County
- He served 24 years as head of Banks County’s Probate Court
- overseeing family law matters and other probate duties.
- He also served four years as a County Commissioner, was a Banks County Deputy, and was a member of the Hollingsworth Fire Department.
