- Neil Patrick “Pat” Crooks (May 16, 1938 – September 21, 2015) was an American judge and lawyer who held the role of a Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court from 1996 until his death in 2015
- In 1977, Governor Martin J. Schreiber appointed him to the Brown County Court, and in 1978 he became a circuit court judge after Wisconsin merged county and circuit courts.
- From 1964 to 1966, Crooks held the role of a U.S. Army officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps at the Pentagon
