### Professional career

- Before joining the Arkansas Supreme Court, Bronni held the role of Solicitor General of Arkansas from 2018 to 2024, appointed by both.
- Earlier in his career, Bronni was Senior Litigation Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Appellate Litigation Group, an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and a law clerk to Judge Jay S
