## Biography

### Professional career

- The elected Magisterial District Judge for District 05‐2‐28 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, serving Pittsburgh’s Hill, Downtown, and Strip District communities, with a term ending January 5, 2032
- Also the only judge assigned to the Downtown Court Project, a 2024 initiative to handle minor offenses in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District and support reintegration into the community

- Judge Petite has conducted hundreds of weddings, swearing‐in ceremonies, and community events, and is known for his volunteer work, including founding the Thelma Lovette YMCA and participating in annual coat drives.
