### Professional career

- Pamela F. Wooley is the elected Probate Judge for Habersham County, Georgia, serving since 2011 and currently holding the office until the end of her term in 2028
- In 2015, Judge Wooley was publicly reprimanded and suspended for four months without pay by the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission for falsifying completion of a mandatory mentor program for new judges The misconduct was found to violate Canon 1 (maintaining high standards of conduct) and Canon 2A (compliance with the law and promoting public confidence) of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
