- Judge, Ohio Court of Appeals, 2007-present
- Judge of the Ohio Fifth District Court of Appeals, serving from 2006 until her departure in February 2025 after losing the Republican primary in 2024
- She also held the role of Presiding Judge of the Fifth District Court of Appeals and was appointed to the Ohio Supreme Court’s Commission on the Rules of Superintendence, chairing it from 2015–2018
- 1993–1996: Staff Attorney, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas
- 1990–1992: Ohio Assistant Attorney General
