### Professional career

- Senior Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, appointed by President George H.W. Bush in 1990 and taking senior status in 2002
- Assistant Special Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives (1987–1989) during the impeachment of U.S. District Judge Alcee L. Hastings
- Three years with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia
- Judge Wynn’s career spans public service, legal advocacy, and academic instruction, with a focus on constitutional law and public defense
