### Professional career

- Senior Judge, Maryland Court of Special Appeals (2018–present)
- He also held the role of law clerk to Chief Judge Edward S. Northrop of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (1973–1974) and practiced law in Rockville, MD, and Washington, DC
- Senior Judge for the Appellate Court of Georgia, appointed by the Governor, and is also recognized for his prior judicial service in Maryland’s appellate and trial courts
