- Judge Paul J. Halasz is a Family Division judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County (Vicinage 10), assigned effective February 17, 2026

### Education

- Halasz earned his B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers University and is admitted to the New Jersey bar, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Second, and Third Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court

### Additional information

- Officially assigned to the Family Division of the Superior Court in Morris County starting February 17, 2026, amending the 2025–2026
- General Assignment Order.
