- Senior Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, appointed in 2024 after serving as an Associate Judge — 2012–2023
- Service: Served in multiple divisions, including Civil Division (2012–2013), Family Court Domestic Relations Branch (2013–2015), Juvenile Delinquency (2016), Deputy Presiding Judge of Family Court (2017), Presiding Judge of Family Court (2019–2021), and Criminal Division (2022)
- Howard University School of Law: Assistant Professor and Clinical Supervising Attorney (1995–2000)
- As Senior Judge, he continues to serve in a senior capacity on the court
