### Professional career

- Peter R. Foley is a judge of the First District of the Indiana Court of Appeals, appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb on October 11, 2022, and re‐elected in 2024 to serve until 2034
- Before his appellate appointment, Foley was Judge of Morgan County Superior Court from 2015 to 2022, elected in 2014.

- He also practiced law for more than 17 years in Martinsville, Indiana, at Foley, Foley & Peden, his father’s firm, and held the role of Morgan County Attorney for 14 years
