### Professional career

- In 2024, the Supreme Court of Ohio publicly reprimanded Judge Winkler for making inaccurate and demeaning statements on Facebook regarding a guardianship case.
- Ralph Winkler is a highly experienced judge with a 40-year career in Hamilton County courts, currently serving as Probate Court Judge
- He also held the role of a law clerk and adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law
- Prior to becoming a judge, Winkler served as an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor and in private practice, gaining extensive experience in juvenile, municipal, and common pleas trial divisions

- Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in — J.D. (1986)
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati in 1983
