### Professional career

- Before becoming judge, Dupree has served as Jackson County Prosecutor since 2023, re‐elected in 2024
- The newly elected Jackson County, Ohio Municipal Court Judge, sworn in December 26, 2025, with a six‐year term starting January 1, 2026
- Sworn in by Jackson County Sheriff Tedd Frazier on December 26, 2025, succeeding interim Judge D. Dean Evans, who had been appointed after the death of long‐time Judge Mark T. Musick
