- 2017–2020: Drug Court Judge, Gwinnett Superior Court
- Metro Atlanta Business Court Judge (2016–2020) — Presided over the Georgia Opioid Litigation
- Gwinnett County Business Court Judge (2005–2016) — Founded the court to expedite business disputes
- Gwinnett Superior Court Judge (appointed May 8, 2014 by Governor Nathan Deal)
- State Court Judge, Gwinnett County (2004–2014) — Elected in 2004, later re-elected

- B.A. from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law.
