### Professional career

- Immigration Judge (New York) — Appointed January 2020 by the Executive Office for Immigration Review under the Trump administration, assigned to the New York – Federal Plaza Immigration Court
- Immigration Judge (Texas) — EOIR data also lists her as an immigration judge at the Harlingen, TX Immigration Court, with a recorded 1.6% asylum grant rate over 369 decided asylum cases

- Appointed by Mayor Adams in 2024 for a nine‐year term ending January 1, 2033.
- As of February 2026, Judge Singh presides over family cases in the Bronx County Family Court.
