- Rebeca Gomez‐Figueroa is an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Boston Municipal Court, appointed by Governor Maura Healey in 2024, presiding over the Dorchester Division and serving as Presiding Justice of the Dorchester Recovery Court
- Assistant Clerk‐Magistrate for Criminal Business at Suffolk Superior Court (2017), later designated as a magistrate (Magistrate Role)
