- Rebecca Johnston Pitts is the Chief Magistrate Judge of Butts County, Georgia, an elected county‐wide judicial officer who has served since 2013 and is known for her broad administrative and courtroom responsibilities

- Elections: Won her first full term in 2012 and a second term in 2016, unopposed
- Pitts first assumed the role in 2013 after eight years as Associate Magistrate Judge
- First appointment: January 1, 2005, as Associate Magistrate Judge by then‐Chief Magistrate Gigi L. Hoard
