- Rebecca L. Bennett is the appointed Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge for the Probate and Juvenile Division, serving from July 22, 2024, and running for reelection in the November 3, 2026 general election
- Bennett holds the position of Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge – Probate/Juvenile Division, a role she joined by Governor Mike DeWine in June 2024 to fill the seat of retired Judge R. Alan Lemons
