- Robert H. Dierker, Jr. is a former circuit court judge of Missouri’s 22nd Judicial Circuit (St. Louis City), serving from 1986 until 2018
- After leaving the bench in 2017, Dierker held the role of Chief Trial Assistant to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney (including in the prosecution of then-Governor Eric Greitens) and later as Deputy City Counselor for St. Louis
- Presiding Judge of the circuit (1997–98)
