## Biography

### Professional career

- Judge of the Ocean County Superior Court (Vicinage 14) in New Jersey, appointed by Governor Chris Christie on January 9, 2015, and currently serves as Presiding Judge of the Civil Division for Ocean Vicinage since April 1, 2025
- Brenner’s promotion to Presiding Civil Judge in 2025 came amid significant vacancies in the Ocean County Civil Division, which reduced from four to two judges, doubling the workload for remaining judges
- Private Practice: Began at a small firm, later took over his father’s solo practice, later joined with partner Brian Levine
