### Professional career

- Robert G. Fields is an Associate Justice of the Western Division of the Massachusetts Housing Courts, serving since June 10, 2008, and recognized as “Judge of the Year” for the Western Housing Court in 2023
- In March 2023, Judge Fields was named “Judge of the Year – Western Housing Court” by Massachusetts Landlords
