### Professional career

- Public Defender: He joined the Public Defender’s Office in 2006, eventually becoming Division Head of the Sussex County office in 2014, managing felony trial caseloads and appellate work
- Private Practice: He practiced at Wilson, Halbrook & Bayard, P.A. and O’Leary Law Offices

### Education

- Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Capital Defense Journal and president of the Public Interest Law Students Association — J.D.

### Additional information

- focusing on civil litigation, commercial transactions, real estate, planning and zoning, municipal representation, and estates and trusts
- Clerkship: Early in his career, he clerked for Hon. T. Henley Graves of the Superior Court
- Since his appointment, Judge Robinson has presided over a variety of cases in Sussex County, including mortgage, personal injury, and real estate matters.
- He also holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from Boston College and an undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
- He is a native of Georgetown, Delaware, and graduated from Sussex Central High School
