### Professional career

- Robert H. Lyons is a judge of the Butler County Area I–II–III Courts in Ohio, serving since 1999 and currently as Presiding and Administrative Judge for the three area courts
- His practice areas include criminal defense (DUI/traffic), personal injury, probate, estate planning, and business law
- Judge Lyons has been a business law and criminal law instructor at Miami University and an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law
