- Robert M. Gardner, Jr. is a part‐time judge of the Barrow County State Court in Georgia, appointed by Governor Brian Kemp in December 2020, and continues to practice law through Gardner Law Firm in Winder, GA
- Partner at Hicks, Massey & Gardner, LLP from 1996 until 2017
