### Professional career

- Legal Career: held the role of Associate Judge (2001–2003) Presiding Judge of the Superior Court since 2003 Former Chief Public Defender and Attorney General of the CNMI
- His appointment to the Supreme Court in 2026 followed the resignation of Associate Justice Perry Inos

- Recent Appointment: In April 2026, Governor David M. Apatang nominated Naraja to the Supreme Court; the CNMI Senate unanimously confirmed him, and he was sworn in at Guma’ Hustisia in Susupe
