- 2018 — Elected unopposed as County District Court Judge
- Non‐partisan District Court Judge for Pend Oreille County, Washington, appointed in 2018 and also serving as a commissioner for the Ferry/Pend Oreille/Stevens Superior Court
- Pend Oreille County District Court Judge — Appointed by the Board of Pend Oreille County Commissioners in 2018 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Hon. Philip Van de Veer
- Commissioner, Ferry/Pend Oreille/Stevens Superior Court — Sits as a commissioner for this regional superior court
