- Elected judge of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania, serving since January 4, 2016, and presiding over both civil and criminal cases as well as domestic relations matters

- In the 2015 general election, Judge Murray defeated Republican candidate Victor Scomillio with 52.4% of the vote
