### Professional career

- Sarah E. Capp is a judge of the Franklin County District Court in Arkansas, presiding over the Charleston and Ozark districts, and is also elected as a judge for District 3, Position 1 of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, taking office January 1, 2027
- held a position as City Attorney for Altus, Special Justice to the Arkansas Supreme Court (2015), and on
- Managed her own law firm (Robbins & Capp, 2006–2012) and was a part-time public defender in Franklin County
- She leads the Smart Justice District Court Initiative in Johnson County, which addresses root causes of crime—such as homelessness, substance abuse, unemployment, and lack of access to resources—by connecting defendants to housing, treatment, employment, and mental health services
