- Republican‐party judge of the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals, serving since February 9, 2023, after winning the 2022 general election, and previously a Summit County Common Pleas Court judge and Chief Magistrate of the Summit County Domestic Relations Court
- He also held the role of a visiting judge with the Ohio Supreme Court in 2024 and was assigned to the Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth District Courts of Appeals
- In the November 8, 2022 general election, Stevenson defeated incumbent Judge Thomas A. Teodosio to become a judge of the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals, a role he assumed on February 9, 2023
