### Professional career

- Effective February 28, 2026, Molina will leave the judiciary to work full‐time as a Professional Neutral with Delaware ADR, offering services as a mediator, arbitrator, and court‐appointed neutral
- Retired Senior Magistrate Judge of Delaware’s Court of Chancery, now serving as a professional neutral in mediation, arbitration, and court‐appointed roles
- Began her legal career as a Wolcott Fellow to Justice Randy J. Holland on the Delaware Supreme Court and as a law clerk to Judge William Carpenter, Jr. on the Delaware Superior Court

- Appointed Magistrate Judge by Chancellor Bouchard in January 2019 and later elevated to Senior Magistrate Judge in January 2025 by Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick.
- Before joining the Court, Molina was a corporate and commercial litigator in private practice at Richards, Layton & Finger and Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP.
- Recognized for innovations such as creating a new docket for routine civil actions and drafting new rules for health‐care decision‐making
- Court of Chancery for nearly seven years, presiding over a large docket of corporate, commercial, and equitable matters, and was known for her thoughtful, efficient decision‐making
- As Senior Magistrate, she led “Team Magistrate,” training, supervising, and assisting the Chancellor with administrative tasks, while also mediating dozens of pending cases.
