- Chief Judge of the Columbia County Superior Court, a position she has held since her initial term began January 1, 2005
- Judicial Service: Elected Superior Court Judge for the Augusta Judicial Circuit in 2004; became Chief Judge upon creation of the Columbia Judicial Circuit in 2021
- Sheryl B. Jolly is the Chief Judge of the Columbia County Superior Court in Georgia, elected in 2005, with a career spanning prosecutorial service, judicial leadership, and community engagement
- Judge Jolly has taught Criminal Justice, Constitutional Law, and Public Administration at Brenau Professional College for over 20 years
