- He has declined to accept cases as a Senior Superior Court Judge at this time
- Stephen Edwin Boswell is a retired Georgia Superior Court judge and attorney with a distinguished career in judicial service, trial practice, and alternative dispute resolution
- A native of Hogansville, Georgia, Boswell held the role of a U.S. Army officer in Vietnam, earning a Bronze Star
