- Stephen John Roth (1908–1974) was a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan, appointed by President John F. Kennedy in 1962 and serving until his death in 1974

- Prosecutor, Genesee County, MI (1941–1942)
- Assistant prosecutor, Genesee County, MI (1937–1938)
