- Elected Judge of the Virginia Court of Appeals, serving an eight‐year term from March 16, 2024, to March 16, 2032
- While a Circuit Court judge, Frucci created Virginia Beach’s first Drug Court in 2016
- Private practice in criminal and civil law in Hampton Roads, VA, for 18 years (1991–2009)
