- Steven K. Dankof is a General Division Judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Dayton, Ohio, appointed in 2010 and re‐elected in 2012, 2014, and 2020

- He was elected to the bench in 2012 and re‐elected in 2014 and 2020 Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
- Appointed by then‐Governor Ted Strickland on December 30, 2010 to replace a retiring judge.
- JD (with Honors) — University of Texas at Austin School of Law, 1976; recipient of The Order of the Coif Before joining the judiciary, Dankof practiced civil and criminal litigation at Smith & Schnacke (1976–1989) and taught at Antioch University.
- He has also been active in professional organizations, including the Dayton Bar Association, Montgomery County Public Defender Commission, and the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court
