## Biography

### Professional career

- In 2025, an inmate, Joshua E. Wilson, filed a complaint for a writ of procedendo in the Supreme Court of Ohio, alleging that Judge Solle had not ruled on multiple motions he submitted between January and April 2025
- She also held the role of an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law from 2004 to 2022
- The Supreme Court will determine whether to compel Judge Solle to issue rulings on these pending motions
- Her early legal experience includes serving as a judicial staff attorney for Judge James A. Brogan in the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for Judge David G. Sunderland in the General Division

- Prior to her judgeship, she practiced law for 18 years, including working at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from 2004 until taking the bench.
- Judge Solle presides in Courtroom 7, located on the fourth floor of the Montgomery County Courthouse, and it is the first courtroom on the right-hand side of the hallway
