### Professional career

- Prior judicial service: Substitute judge in the General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court since 2012
- Appointed: July 18, 2019, as the 11th judge of the General District Court
- Susan Friedlander Earman is a presiding judge of the Fairfax County General District Court in Virginia, serving in the 19th Judicial District which includes the City of Fairfax and Fairfax County
