Johnson was first elected to the Eighth Judicial District Court, Department 22, on January 2, 2007, and has been re-elected multiple times, in 2008, 2014, and 2020, with strong voter support of 82%, 75%, and 70%, respectively - During law school, she clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Las Vegas and Sacramento and for the law firm Rawlings, Olson & Cannon, and also held the role of a part-time legal writing instructor ### Education - McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in — J.D. (1985) ### Additional information - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in public accounting and investment finance from UNLV in 1982. - W.
