### Professional career

- Nonpartisan judge of the Kentucky Court of Appeals, serving Division 2 of the 6th Appellate District since September 2021, with a term ending January 6, 2031
- 1984–1991: Staff attorney for the Kentucky Court of Appeals, first under Judge Charles Lester, then Judge Judy M. West
