- Bedford has been a Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County since 2017, following his elected service on the court from 1996 until 2017
- Judge T. Jackson Bedford, Jr. is a Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, serving since 2017 after a 21‐year tenure as an elected judge from 1996 to 2017
- A U.S. Navy Naval Flight Officer from 1966–1970, Bedford flew over 100 combat support missions in Vietnam, earning two air medals
- As a Senior Judge, he continues to hear cases and contribute to the court’s work
- He completed training at Naval Pre‐Flight School in Pensacola, Florida, and Advanced Naval Flight Officer Training at NAS Glynco, Georgia
