Electronic media and still-photography coverage is allowed in Florida public trial and appellate proceedings under Rule 2.450's equipment and conduct standards, always subject to the presiding judge's control of decorum, distractions, and fair administration.

### Professional career

- Tatiana R. Salvador is a Circuit Judge in Florida’s 4th Judicial Circuit, appointed in 2012, serving on the felony criminal division and presiding over over 100 jury trials

- In 2023, she was the administrative judge for the felony division, and in 2018 she was the sole judge for all post‐conviction cases
- Felony criminal division for six years and also handles cases in the civil division.
- Assigned to Division CR‐E in the 4th Judicial Circuit Court, covering Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties.
- Over her tenure, Judge Salvador has presided on more than 100 jury trials.
- She is fluent in English and Spanish and has been active in professional organizations, including the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court (former president) and the Hispanic Bar Association
