### Professional career

- The Magisterial District Judge for Court 04‐3‐03 in Mansfield, Tioga County, PA, serving since January 2020

### Education

- Undergraduate degree from Mansfield University in Tioga County, including two semesters as an exchange student in Volgograd, Russia.

### Additional information

- Judge Cummings began her three‐year term on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Board of Governors in May 2023.
- She graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011.
- Before entering the judiciary, she worked in business, then as a general practice attorney in Mansfield for five years
- handling civil matters and criminal defense for both private and indigent clients
- She also chaired the Tioga County Criminal Justice Advisory Board and has been active in civic and legal initiatives, including the PA Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division Mock Trial Program and the “Wills for Heroes” program
