- “Tim Lewis” refers to Judge Timothy K. Lewis, a former U.S. federal judge who served on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (1991–1992) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1992–1999), appointed by President George H. W. Bush
