- Judge Timothy C. Kuhlman is a nonpartisan judge of the Toledo Municipal Court in Ohio, serving since 2019 and re‐elected in 2023, with a term ending January 1, 2030
- Public safety and justice reform — leading Lucas County’s Safety and Justice Challenge grant project, implementing the Public Safety Assessment risk tool, and working with the Arnold Foundation
