- The elected Judge of the Parma Municipal Court in Ohio, serving since January 1, 2024, and holding the position until December 31, 2029
- Legal Practice: 1986–1998: Associate Attorney, Cassidy & Mottl (Parma Heights, OH) 1987–1998: Assistant Prosecutor, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office (Major Trial Division) 1998–1999: Assistant City Prosecutor, City of Parma 1998–2017: Partner, Boyko & Dobeck (Parma, OH) 2017–Present: Principal, Dobeck Law (Parma, OH)
- Elected in the 2023 Ohio General Election to the Parma Municipal Court, succeeding his long-term role as Parma’s Law Director and Chief Prosecutor
