- Virginia Circuit Court judge, officially commissioned on June 27, 2025, with a career spanning over three decades in business litigation, prosecution, and public service
- Partner at Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, P.C. (2000–2009)
- Associate at Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. (1998–2000) and Venable LLP (1991–1995)
- The investiture ceremony was led by Hon. Richard C. (Rip) Sullivan of the Virginia House of Delegates, with Justice Thomas P. Mann of the Supreme Court of Virginia administering his oath
