- She also continues her role as Chief Clerk of the Gilmer County Probate Office
- The Associate Probate Judge, a position created to ensure continuity of probate court operations when the main judge is unavailable due to illness, training, or other reasons
- Tracey A. Teague is the Associate Probate Judge of Gilmer County, Georgia, appointed by Probate Judge Scott C. Chastain and approved by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners
